    • All props, costumes, and accessories necessary to produce an unforgettable interactive experience.
    • Dinner music and background music.
    • A cast of hilarious, professional performers.
    • A point-by-point revue with our staff to ensure a smooth event for you.

    2. Q: Do you perform any public shows that I may attend?

If you own or run a venue that would like to host a performance by Off The Beaten Stage, Theatre Company, Contact Us.

    3. Q: We're having a function in our city. Do you travel?

A: Yes. Our cast is located in Orlando, Florida, but we'll travel to any location to produce our unique brand of interactive theater.

    4. Q: What are your travel fees?

A: Our quote may include a travel fee for productions where a cast must travel more than 30 minutes. In instances where more than two hours of travel is required, overnight accommodations may be requested. If more than five hours of travel is required, air transportation may be requested. Our casts are based out of Orlando, Florida.

    5. Q: Do you perform any shows that don't take place around a meal?

A: Yes. Because we offer custom designed entertainment for each event, all of our shows may be performed with or without meal service.

    6. Q: Do you provide a location?

A: No. We can suggest locations in many cities, but we do not work out of any one particular venue. This way, you get to choose a venue with the location, menu, theme, and pricing that fits your needs.

7. Q: Where can we hold our show?

A: Choose a venue with a private room large enough to comfortably seat all of your guests and a few of our players, but one which is not too large. We recommend hotel banquet rooms and private banquet facilities for their versatility and unobstructed sight lines.

    8. Q: Do you provide the food?

A: No. We handle the entertainment. However, we will work closely with your caterer to develop a timeline to ensure that your guests are being fed or entertained at all times.

    9. Q: How much staging space is needed?

A: Our staging space is determined by the show and size of the audience. Our typical requirements are a raised surface (i.e. riser or level platform) 10' X 10'.

    .

10. Q: Do you rent or sell your scripts?

A: No. All of our original scripts and concepts are written, performed, directed, and produced by Off The Beaten Stage Theatre Company. This keeps us unique. Also, since we include full customization of each script for your event, no two shows are ever the same!

    11. Q: How long does an average show last?

A: Although all of our shows can be adjusted to fit into most agendas, our average performance usually runs 2½ hours, starting during your cocktail period (or reception) and ending shortly after dessert is served.

    12. Q: Does everyone have to participate or can we just sit back and watch?

A: We encourage your guests to get involved, but we also realize that there are people who prefer to sit back and watch, and that's fine too. Either way, you'll have a great time.

13. Q: Can you get specific guests involved?

A: Absolutely! Provide us with a 'Hit List,' and we'll gently roast some of your guests, adding great comedic value to the show.

14. Q: We have a group of more than 400 people; can you do a Full Corporate Murder Mystery for us?

A: Yes. With the right technical support, we can entertain larger groups. Please Contact Us and we'll happily provide a quote.

15. Q: How much do you charge?

A: The cost of our service depends on the size of your group, the location, as well as a number of other factors.

To get a no-obligation quote for an unbeatable night (or day) of Custom Designed Event-tainment, just call us at (407) 996-4043 or visit our Contact Us by email with as much information as possible.

16. Q: How much notice do we need to book a show?

A: The short answer is: as much as possible. Some dates are booked a few days prior to the event, while others are fully booked as much as a year or two in advance. For best date selection, book early.

    17. Q: What is your payment plan?

A: To reserve an event date, we require a deposit of 50% of the performance fee. The balance of the performance fee is due by the day of the event, prior to the physical performance.

    .

18. Q: Do you accept credit cards:

A: We are able to accept payment with credit cards through Paypal. However, as the Paypal service charges a 3% fee for all transactions, we will add a 3% charge to your quoted total to cover fees assessed through Paypal.

19. Q: Do we have to meet face to face to book a show?

A: No. We have a very simple booking process that can be completely handled over the phone and by fax/email. We provide everything in writing in a straight-forward contract followed by a production details letter and a success-proofing tips sheet.

20. Q: How much experience does OTBS have?

A: Since 2003, OTBS has provided exceptional entertainment for private parties, fundraisers, and corporate functions. Our team members' history runs deep in the varied fields of entertainment. For detailed specifics about our cast, visit Who We Are to learn more.
